A Structured Process That Respects Your Time
We ask each participant to complete a brief intake form before their first session. This helps the facilitator understand the range of situations in the room and adjust examples accordingly — so participants are less likely to sit through scenarios that are irrelevant to them.
After each session, digital reference materials are shared so participants can review what was covered. And for 30 days after completing a course, participants can email questions that arose when they started applying what they learned.
Straightforward, Without the Sales Experience
Enquiries are answered within one business day. We don't use high-pressure follow-up calls, and we don't push participants toward specific financial products during or after courses. If someone is not sure which programme fits them, we help them work out what would be most appropriate — including advising against a course if it genuinely doesn't suit their situation.
